She was predeceased by: her father Willy "Bill" Marquardt; and her father-in-law Reinhold Propp. She is survived by: her husband Greg Propp; her daughters, Patti Propp, Andrea Propp and Carmen Propp (Mark Arron); her grandchildren, Kaia and Mackenzie Arron; her mother Shirley Marquardt; her brother Rod Marquardt (Glenda Marquardt); her mother-in-law Margaret Propp; and her siblings-in-law, Angela Schmitt (Larry Schmitt), Carol Propp, Brian Propp (Eileen McCay) and Ronnie Propp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and close friends.

I loved going on the school bus with her to her farm. Her family was always so lovely and welcomed me. I felt honoured when Candice asked me if she could borrow my wedding dress for her wedding.
