He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Bradley (Alex) and Alli (Chris); his granddaughters, Parker and Zoey; his parents, Bob Jennings and Bev Jennings; and his siblings, Linda (Tom), Bob (Steph), Sharon (Mike) and Ron (Heather). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's memory may be made to Saskatchewan Hospice Palliative Care Association so that others may receive the same compassionate care that meant so much to Dave and his family.
