She was predeceased by: her parents, Don George and Gwen George; and her brother Dennis George. She is survived by: her husband Fraser Hay; her children, Trevor Hay (Lisa Unger), Shauna Sousa (Chris) and Kimberley Hay; her great grandchild Lily Thorstensen; her brothers, Alan George (Carol) and Murray George (Karen); and her sisters-in-law, Dee George, Edith Habke and Norma Radford (Barrie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's memory to the Palliative Care Unit at St. Paul's Hospital, Sherbrooke Community Centre, or the Lung Association of Canada.
