He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Smith and Mary Smith; his sister Patricia Bliele; and his brother-in-law Jim Caswell (Laura Smith). He is survived by: his children, Darryl Smith (Nina Criddle), Wendy Flynn (Jeremy Flynn), Kerrie Smith and Christina Smith; his grandchildren, Carter, Alexis, Blake, Dylan, Emily, Mia, Riley, Madison, Taylor and Thomas; and his sister Judy Stefanick (Wes Stefanick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
