For Hazel is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bernie; her sons, Collin and Garnet; and her grandson Joel. She is survived by: her daughter Bernis Ingvaldson (Jim) of Bagley, MN; her grandson Trent Eliason (Jenn); and her great grandchildren, Edward and Joel of Regina, SK..
