He was predeceased by : his parents, Mervin Lee and Shirley Lee; and his siblings, Timothy, Jeff, Judy and Debbie.

He is survived by : his wife Tammy Lee; his children, Samantha (Trevor), Amanda (Tim), Chantelle (Marc), Aaron (Adella), Daniel (Shawna) and Matthew (Shantelle); his grandchildren, Madeline, Anika, Mya, Gage, Kaeden, Kolter, Theodore, Jack, William, Charlie and Wesley; and his siblings, Cindy (Bill) and Brian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
