He is survived by: his son Joey Blaise (Jackie); his grandchildren, Jasper and Jagger; his daughter Julia Goudy (John); his grandchildren, Carley (Jarred), Madison (Jordan), Reid (Ava), Colton and Keirra; his daughter Laura Low (Kevin); his grandchildren, Karson, Hannah and Kyle; his son David Blaise (Brie); his grandchildren, Hadley and Lennon; his former wife Joann DeCorby; his siblings, Audrey McVicar and Joe Blaise (Shirley); his nephews, Dale McVicar (Heather) and Curt McVicar (Kim); and his cousins, Eva Hanaback (Larry) and Roland Blaise.
