She was predeceased by : her husband Paul Chudy of Mayfair; her sons, Albert Chudy and Victor Chudy; her parents, Ivan Duma and Katerina Duma; and her siblings, Rosie Korobka (John), Mary Chwartkowski (Joe), Nellie Pizycki (Peter), Harry Dumas, Bill Duma and Stanley Dumas.
She is survived by : her son Mervin (Brenda); her grandchildren, Kary and Tanya (Calvin); her great grandchildren, Emberlely, Hayden, Maverick, Amanda (Brad), Chasen, Neillie, Christopher (Krissy) and Kelsi (Ryan); her daughter-in-law Alice Chudy (Albert); her grandson-in-law Tyler Chudy (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Kasey, Kendryck and Chantyle Chudy (Colin); her daughter-in-law Angie (Victor); her granddaughter-in-law Charlotte; and her great grandchildren, Chelsey and Rakel.
