He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelia Tomlin and Mark Tomlin. He is survived by: his children, David, Dennis, Cheryl, Sharon and Donald; and his stepchildren, Christine and Dennis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to 'Operation Smile'. This is a charity that was close to Gerald's heart which he donated to for many years.
