He is survived by : his wife Thelma Nelson; his children, Cindy Lindsay, Kim Derkatz (Donna), Tammy Derkatz (Lyle Olson), Trent Derkatz (Wanda), Trevor Derkatz (Rhonda) and Jodi Hollingsworth (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Angela (Russ), Jeff (Jackie), Kurt (Charity), Jake (Katy), Austin, Abbey (Brandon), Ashley (Don), Stacey (Stephen), Brett (Candace), Brittney, Scott, Jared (Vanessa), Braeden, Brenden (Sarah), Kelsi (Alex), Kylie (Cole), Tanner (Gracie), Joel and Kate. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
