She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Thompson and Effie Thompson; her siblings, Hugh, Wilbert Thompson (June), Pearl Cochrane (Herb) and Irene Wise (Herbert); her son Barry (Tom Edgington); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Moore (Frank), Edna Wright (Hugh), Evelyn Clapson (Ray) and Henry Slinn (Frances).
She is survived by : her husband Herbert Slinn; her daughter Deborah Schapansky (Bruce); her grandchildren, Courtenay Bondarchuck (Vlad) and Cory Schapansky (Angie); her great grandchildren, Satisa, Patrick, Graycee (Cody), Isis, Eden, Austyn (Nolan) and Cache; her great great grandchildren, Georgia, Ember and Amelia; and her sister-in-law Darlene Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
