It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Yates of Frostproof, Florida, born in Vero Beach, Florida, who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry C. "Dugan" and Lavern Yates (Miller). He is survived by : his wife Betty Yates; his siblings, Syble Boozer of Vero Beach, FL and Wayne Yates; and his grandchild Dugan Yates Rust.
