It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Martin Swackhamer (Melfort, Saskatchewan), who passed away on May 3, 2026, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Swackhammer and Colleen Cook; and his brother Paul Swackhammer. He is survived by: his aunts, Maddy (Richard), Linda (late Jim) and Val (Gerry); and his cousins, Leeanne Barrett, Cindy Stopforth and Donna Estabrooks (Don Deroches).
