She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rusitch and Annie Rusitch; her husband James Novak of Mary's Church; and her siblings, Frieda (Mike Polowitz), Hilda Selensky, Emil Rusitch and John Rusitch (Ardelle).

She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Robert), Murray, Danny, Lucy (Darcy), Carol (Vaughn), Darren (Dodi) and Michelle (Keith); and her brother-in-law Larry Selensky. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
