He is survived by : his uncle John Mucha; his wife Donna Erbach; and his children, Brandi Mucha (Jason Schaeffer), Peyton, Liam, Traci Trail (Colan), Paisley, Greysen, Derek Mucha (Amanda), Madison and Makena. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
