He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Hollinger and Mary Hollinger; his wife Elsie Frick; his son Shirwin; and his siblings, Elizabeth, John, Albert, Katherine, Eleanor, Jacob, Clara and Yvonne.

He is survived by : his daughter Dalyce (Dave); and his siblings, Ernest, Elroy, Doreen and Elaine.
