We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2024, at the age of 83, Les Blakley (Melville, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Blakley and Alice Blakley; his brothers, Arthur and Gordon; his parents-in-law, Dorothy (Dot) and Fred Loveridge; and his sister-in-law Grace Loveridge.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley; his children, Dawna Shand (Jason) and Allan Blakley (Jill); his grandchildren, Matthew Shand, Kyla Shand, JD Blakley (Jasmine), Collin Blakley (Kim), Hunter Blakley and Aschim Gunn; and his great grandchildren, Aurora and Maverick.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First United Church (148 5th Ave E, Melville, SK S0A2P0). A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Melville City Cemetery.
