Mildred Walden Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Walden (Melville, Saskatchewan), who passed away on May 23, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Scott Walden; her husband Elmer Walden; her parents, Adam Wassil and Agnes Wassil; and her siblings, James Wassil, Violet Berg (Palmer), Genevieve Adams (William), Marvel Wassil and Alice Bannister.
She is survived by: her sons, Glenn Walden (Shelley) and Grant Walden (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Kyle Walden, Stephanie Vogelaar (Garrett) and Sarah Kendry; and her great grandchildren, Scarlet Rideout, Bronson Vogelaar and Oriana Vogelaar. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Matthews Funeral Home (750 6 Ave W, Melville, SK S0A2P0).
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
