He was predeceased by : his brother Robert; and his parents, William Taylor and Ellen Taylor. He is survived by : his siblings, Dorothy Burgess (Robert) and George Palen (Anne); his sister-in-law Roberta Palen; and his nieces and nephews, Connie (Stewart), Bonnie (Richard), Dan (Keri), Derek (Tracie), Randy (Andrea), Neal (Jaclyn), Christa (Lonnie), Megan, Craig (Domini) and Leah.

Donations in memory of Bill may be made to Turtleford Hospital Auxiliary or Paradise Hill Health Centre.
