He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mucha and Mike Mucha; his brothers, Pete, Nick and Bill; and his grandson Chris.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Mucha; and his sons, Mikeal (Joan), Bill, Rod (Cindy), David (Bev), Terry (Sandi) and Kevin (Helen). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
