John Schatz Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Schatz (Mildred, Saskatchewan), born in Holdfast, Saskatchewan, who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Schatz and Christina Schatz; his siblings, Margaret Eberle, Theresa Frohlick and Ben Schatz; and his siblings-in-law, Bernice Schatz, Peter Crutcher and Frank Eberle.

He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his children, Susan (John), Wayne (Blanche), Kathy (Gord), Eric and Janice (Glen); his grandchildren, Jerrod (Sharon), Kristine (Ryan), Eric (Kelsey), Adam (Katelan), Kurtis (Kayla), Matthew, Payge (Jim), Blayse, Joey (Michelle), Robert (Amber) and Anthony (Destiny); his siblings, Peter, Madeline, Bernie, Kay, Eddie (Elaine), Anne (Jack), Mary, Joe (Marnie) and Leo (Eleanor); and his siblings-in-law, Tony Frohlick and Barbara Schatz. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, there will be no service at this time.
