She was predeceased by: her husband John Lendzyk; her parents, Maria Krawee and Dmytro "Jim" Kosinski; and her siblings, Sylvia, Tillie, Micheal, Peter, Joseph and Maxim.

She is survived by: her children, Gloria Lendzyk of Moose Jaw, Matthew, Jordan, Mitchel, Jesse, Debbie Downey (Patrick) of Melfort, David Lendzyk of Prince Albert and Larry Lendzyk (Karen) of Saskatoon; her siblings, Maria Tyerman of Prince Albert and Paul Kosinski of Prince Albert; and also, Taylor and Liam.
