He is survived by: his parents, Jim Costley and Nancy Costley; his wife Amy; his grandmothers, Ellen Costley and Paulette Miller; his siblings, Brooke (Tyrel), Jaimie and Shay (Sandra); his pets, Gus, Diego, Harley and Mandy; his parents-in-law, Beth and Ron Jelinski; his sister-in-law Elyse Carlson (Garion); his nieces and nephews, Anders and Elowen; and his close friends, Matt Mudry and Patrick Jablonowski. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many other extended family.
