He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his parents, Jim Stirton and Irene Stirton; his brother Brian; and his stepson Rick.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michele (Darryl), Joanne and Dale; his brother Scott (Anita); his sister-in-law Elaine; and his aunts, Shirley and Agnes. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
