He was predeceased by: his father Ben Penner; and his brother Bernie Penner. He is survived by: his mother Carol Smythe (Ken); his significant other Colette Chamberlain (Marie-Line); his children, Brandon Penner (Marie), Brittany Schimpf (Brandon) and Brooke Penner (Eric); his grandsons, Liam, Parker and Hunter; and his sisters, Brenna (Norman) and Bobbi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Harvey Room at Moose Jaw Funeral Home (268 Mulberry Ln, Moose Jaw, SK S6J 1N4).
