It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brian Fortin (Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan), who passed away on May 3, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fortin and Dorothy Fortin. He is survived by: his spouse Lise Fortin; his children, Jolene McIntosh (Christopher), Roseana Williams (Shane), Desiree Heilman (Kevyn Gadd) and Watson Heilman; his grandchildren, Dominic Mcintosh, Julia Hickox, Aiden McIntosh, Liam Hickox, Caleb Hickox, Griffin Heilman-Fogal and Isaak McIntosh; and his siblings, Diana Ireland (Bryan) and Ronald Fortin (Doreen).
