He was predeceased by: his parents, Adella Ames and Freedus Ames; his brothers, Rex, Keith and Allan; and his son-in-law Brian Kay (Cheryl Marud).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Good (Beth); his children, Nancy, Robert, Rachelle Foster (Anthony), Vanessa DeGagne (Benoit), Barbara Ames and Susan Ames (Trevor Williams); his granddaughters, Michelle Marud and Melissa Tysowski (Kevin); Josh, Alizabeth, Troy, Brigitte and Paige. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
