He was predeceased by: his grandson Joseph Dale Clarke; his son-in-law John Thornton; his grandson Chad Matthew Clarke; and his great grandchild Logan Vaughn Clarke. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Clarke (Debbie), Vaughn Clarke (Sue), Allison Thornton (Brian Heisler), Brent Clarke (Helene) and Russell Clarke (Jill); his grandchildren, Tammy Petford (Corey), Crystal Brady (John), Sarah Thornton, Sean Clarke, Meghan Roth (Kyle), David Clarke, Celeste Seaborg (Kurtis), Kaitlin Clarke, Nicole Clarke, Mitchell Clarke, Michael Clarke, Kyle Clarke and Lauren Clarke; his brother Jim Clarke; and his siblings-in-law, Norma Clarke, Kristin Walter and Norman Valgardsson (Joanne).
