He was predeceased by: his parents, Len MacDonald and Bette MacDonald. He is survived by: his niece Audra; his friend Chris Dunbar; his wife Mary Kaye; his children, Audra (John Cameron) and Burke (Nana Takahashi); and his siblings, Ian (Cathy), Scott (Dorna) and Cathie (Gene Davis). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
