He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; his sons, Daniel and Daryl; his parents, Kathleen Linnen (Harold) and Vaughn Carter (Cecilia); and his sister Marilyn Carter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sabrina Carter and Cassandra Carter; his grandchildren, Jaelynn, Daniel, Teagan and Calleigh; his great grandchild Stetson; his brothers, Ron (Linda) and Wayne (Gio); and his niece Mavis Evans (David).
