He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Weiers and Mary Weiers; his in-laws, Fred and Alice Exner; and his brothers-in-law, Ken Dedrick, Rudy Schnaider, Helmut Hinteregger, Ted Berg and Michael Nasby.
He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Deloy (Amanda) and Lynn; his grandchild Thomas; his sisters, Margaret, Evelyn, Helen, Dorothy and Joan; and his siblings-in-law, Alfreda Nasby, Elissa (Jason Ellis) and George Bonnet.
In lieu of flowers Dennis's choice of charity is the Moose Jaw Shrine Club as he loved what they do for the community and for children.
