He was predeceased by : his father William Francis; and his wife Mary. He is survived by : his children, Cheri Drake (Ken), Carrie Anderson (Derek), Shannon Milne (Ryan) and Darryl Francis (Brenda); his stepdaughter Wanda Lamontagne (Victor); and his grandson Arden Hanson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
