He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Chadwick and Vera Chadwick; and his sister Janice. He is survived by: his brother Bryan; his wife Antonette (Toni); his children, Blair (Nancy), Donna (late Brent) and Brad (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Austin, Ethan, Noah, Brooklynn and Caiden. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
