He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick and Myrtle; his brothers, Robert, Michael, John, James and Tom; and his parents-in-law, Mary and Bill Meacher.
He is survived by: his grandson Joseph Kerr; his wife Jane Meacher; his son Patrick; his sister Mary Laporte (Barry); and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Gradwell and Russ Meacher (Mary).
