It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herman Simrose of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Simrose and Marie Simrose (Dybukkt); his wife Betty Jane Hanson; his son-in-law Dan; and his siblings, Art, Reinhard (Bertha), Martin, Ruth (Ivar), Albin (Anne), Oscar (Gwen), George and Margaret.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mary (Milo Grimsrud) and Rebecca (Becky); his grandchildren, Rachel (Tom), Jordan (Tracy), Mark, Brianna and Jenna (Bruce); his daughter Julie Smith; his grandchildren, Alyson (Frank Giacomin) and Kerry; his son Philip (Karin); his grandchildren, Joel (Cadence), Chanel and Micah; his sister Anne Williams; his sisters-in-law, Lorraine and Eleanor; and his sons, Eli, Leo and Herman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to rising Covid numbers, there will be a private family service officiated by Pastor Marvin Seaborg.
