He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alice, Henry, Emile, Peter, Sylvia, Irene and John; his son-in-law Dennis Milbury; his siblings-in-law, Joe Mengel and Phyllis Johnson; and his father Papa.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Pluhowy, Kathy Biccum (Eldon), David Pluhowy (Linda), Jamie Pluhowy (Lisa) and Donna Johnson; and his sisters, Helen, Mary and Nettie.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacob's name may be made to the Regina Fish and Game League, Sherwood No. 159, Regina, SK S0G 3C0.
