He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cruickshanks and Edith Cruickshanks; and his brothers, Alan and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his stepchildren, Ian Walker (Darlene), Kevin Walker (Wanda) and Cindy Walker; his grandchildren, Trevor, Shaun and Karly Walker; his siblings, George, Richard, Phillip, William, Eric, Ivy, Margaret and Janet; and his close friend John Neale (Pat). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
