He was predeceased by: his wife Flo. He is survived by: his spouse Florence Olliver; his children, Ross Crampton (Maxine), Susan Gillett (Doug) and Joanne Crampton (Darrell Gaudet); his grandchildren, Craig Hartman, Clay Hartman (Denise), Lisa Crampton, Kurt Gillett (Shara), Patricia Kawamoto (Junpei), Gabrielle Gaudet and Madison Crampton; and his great grandchildren, Shaye, Preston, Carson Hartman, Brooke Hartman and Ty Hartman.
The family requests no flowers, however donations can be made in Jim's name to the Shriner's Children's Hospital, 1003 Decarie Blvd, Montreal, QC H4A 0A9.
