He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; his parents, Benjamin and Gladys; and his siblings, Gordon, Helen, Benny and Doug.

He is survived by: his sister Gladys; his daughters, Cheryl (Wayne), Brenda (Russell) and Gayla (Ed); and his grandchildren, Steve (Jozell), Jen, David (Jennifer), Warner and Greg. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (55 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 500, Toronto, Ontario, M4V 2Y7).
