She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James, Evelyn Gibson, Cecil and Marguerite Dodd; her parents-in-law, Peter and Irene Polupski; her son Brock; her aunts and uncles, Rita Lloyd, Elaine McLean, Lorne Dodd, Armand Dodd (Dianne) and Bill Gibson (Louise); and her brother-in-law Les Matthews.
She is survived by: her parents, Doreen Dodd and O'Dell Dodd; her husband Larry Polupski; her sons, Evan (Sidney), Cody, Tyler and Ryan (Nicole); her grandchildren, Brooke, Bella and Brodie; her brother Jeff (Michelle); her nephews, Quinn and Gage; her siblings-in-law, Pat Matthews and Ken Polupski; her aunts and uncles, Ruby Sayers (Roy), Liz Steen (Tom) and Rae Lloyd; Lorne Polupski and Jillian.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Moose Jaw Alliance Church (14 Neslia Pl, Moose Jaw, SK S6J1M9).
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jana's name may be made to Albert E. Peacock Collegiate for the Jana Polupski Scholarship for a student (s) who have overcome adversity or to a charity of one's choice.
