It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry William Funk of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his significant other Loretta Oakley; his parents, Pete and Rose; his brother Chuck; and his brother-in-law Helmer Oakley.

He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Nichols (Trevor Fishley); his grandsons, Shae Nichols (Tamra) and Jerrod Nichols (Kirsten); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Kael, Ava, Mila and Tosh; his sisters, Jeanette and Yvonne; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Funk and Emily Oakley. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
