He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debbie Harper; his parents, Francis Harper and Bob; his brothers, Don Harper (Kathy), Bill Harper (late Penny) and John Harper; his children, Sarah Harper, Melissa Bizier (Ian), Jodi Henke (Tyler) and Josh Innes (Kelly); and his grandchildren, John, Emma Watson, Mavie, Roiya Bizier, Parker, Emmett Henke and Carson Innes. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
