He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel and Henry; his brother Jerry; and his sons, Timmie and Todd.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his son Terry (Angie); his grandchildren, Tori (Keegan) and Tucker (Carly); his daughter-in-law Holly; his grandchildren-in-law, Bryton (Rebecca) and Kaleb (Tia); and his children, Gabriel, Korra, Alysa (Brodie), Kai, Dawn (Jonathan) and Cindy (Dwayne). He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
