He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dutchak and Rachelia "Rosie"; his siblings, Karl, Nick, Irene Petch, Stella Metz and Helen; his brother-in-law Bill Metz; and his parents-in-law, Clarence, Cynthia Davidson, Yvonne, Maurice Monteyne, Lorraine, Bud Williams, Wayne and Elaine Davidson.
He is survived by: his son Greg (Barb); his wife Elaine; his daughter Shelley van Hallem (Ton); his grandchildren, Marc Gould (Salmon Arm) and Ashley Sandbeck (Chris); his great grandchildren, Lexi, Thea and Remi; his sisters, Mary Dyer and Liz Cyr; his sister-in-law Marilyn Hill (Percy); and his goddaughter Linda Nicholls (John Sulek). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
