She was predeceased by: her husband Perry Dignan; her parents, Bart Bitz and Barbara Bitz; and her siblings, Phil (Wilhelmina), Lloyd (Ethel), John, Nick, Elizabeth Bitz, Anne Gottselig (Alex), Barbara Crush (George) and Magdelina Watson (Bob).

She is survived by: her son Glen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
