It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard George Beitel (Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Caroline (Main); his parents-in-law, Peter and Betty Donauer; his siblings, Zach (Annie), Sig (Dianna), Joe, Martin (Margaret), Otto, Betty Huber (John), Elsie Huber (George), Irene Rossler (John) and Hedy Gross (Adolph); and his brothers-in-law, Vern, Kasper, Clarence and Allen Donauer.
He is survived by: his wife Edna; his children, Belinda Nickel (Rocky), Keith, Shelley Ferguson (Kevin), Garth Greg (Debbie) and Lori Seversen (Sig); and his brothers, Wilfred (Phyllis) and Marvin (Julie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
