She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Anne; her son William; her former husbands, Roman and Arsany Achtemichuk; and her great grandchild Connor.

She is survived by: her children, Theodore (Evelyn) of Regina, Zenon (Cathy) of Calgary, Stephanie (Jeff) of Asquith, Michael Frontier (Cindy), Steven (Shauna Lee) of Regina, Barbara (Jim) of Cremona and Alta; her daughter-in-law Pamela of Dartmouth, NS; and her spouse Roman Puszkar. She is also survived by grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren; as well as numerous sisters and brothers, and nieces and nephews.
