He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Zakreski and Nellie Zakreski; his daughter Janice Heisler; his siblings, Orest, Peter and Victoria; his siblings-in-law, Norma, Joseph and Bill; and his nieces and nephews, Mary, Carol, James and Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Pidskalny; his children, Eugene Zakreski, Tim Zakreski (Sharla), Linda Zakreski and Angela Zakreski; his siblings, Elizabeth Lesko and Wesley Zakreski (Sylvia); his brother-in-law Ed Pidskalny (Sharon); his grandchildren, Christopher Heisler, Blake Hudson (Teri), Bradley Hudson, Chelsey Hudson (Sam), Alexandra Zakreski, Evan Heisler (Alexandra) and Hannah Martin; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Hudson, Walker Hudson, Mya Hudson and Theodore Heisler. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
