He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McRoberts and Emily McRoberts; and his great grandchild Thomas Connatty. He is survived by: his cousin Gary McRoberts; his wife Erna (Rausch); his sister Shirley Ratz of Brandon; his nephew Larry (Joan) of Rivers; his niece Janice (Davin) of Brandon, Manitoba; and his children, Pam Butler (Jay) and Todd McRoberts. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family insists that people make donations in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Unit 26 – 1738 Quebec Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9, in lieu of sending flowers.
