She was predeceased by: her husband Ken Simmons; her parents, Joe and Freida; and her siblings, Elsie, Dorothy, Joyce and Russell.

She is survived by: her son Todd (Lorna); her granddaughter Judith (Scott); her great grandchildren, Mabel and Zeke; her granddaughter Rachel (Rob); her great grandchildren, Maisie, Kenneth and Emily; her granddaughter Sarah; her daughters, Lynn (Rick) and Marilee (Kevin); her sisters, Shirley and Norma; and her sister-in-law Joan. She is also survived by 3 children, and had 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
